DACO has been my home away from home for over 8 years. I have become a ‘Jack of all trades’ by fulfilling a wide variety of roles within the company throughout my years here.
I began as an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative, and quickly expanded my contributions by taking on the role of Resident Tech Guy. Yes, I think that’s the official title. I eventually added roles within Purchasing and Logistics. I also work with our salespeople on any pallet rack systems or rack repair projects that our customers are interested in exploring.
My background includes several retail positions where I was moved quickly from Employee to Manager. Customer Service was the key, and I have a knack for listening to my customers.
I thrive on wearing many hats at DACO. I treat all of my tasks as Customer Service, whether I’m helping an internal or external customer. From troubleshooting a coworker’s computer trouble, to researching a custom product, I am committed to providing the highest quality of service.
I am a fun-loving, somewhat sarcastic guy who is also a proud husband and father of two beautiful girls. In my spare time I enjoy brewing my own beer, which many of my co-workers love to try; disc golfing; and spending time with my family and friends.
